March 21, 2008 Red Rope Reviews is throwing the first annual
"San Diego Prom Night" at Stingaree.

Set in a historic warehouse in San Diego's once-taboo Red Light
district, Stingaree is a state-of-the-art restaurant, nightclub, and
event center boasting the ultimate blend of high style and excellent
service. The multi-million-dollar facility occupies three stories on
the corner of Sixth Avenue and Island and features a floor-to-ceiling
waterfall, rooftop cabanas, fire pit, and VIP lounge.

The night will play out just like prom. Prom pictures, prom court, punch, balloons etc.

ONLY THIS PROM IS DIFFERENT

The prom committee is comprised of sponsors, the prom court is
San Diego celebs or well respected locals and the venue is not a gym, it's Stingaree.

$5 of every prom photo package sold will go to benefit the Marshall Faulk Foundation.
The Marshall Faulk Foundation is proud to support many charities in and around the community. The Foundation’s goal is to provide assistance to inner-city youth organizations and underprivileged children. The Foundation has donated over $500,000 since joining the Rams in 1999.

Operation Fairy Godmother
If you have a gently used, clean formal dress you'd like to donate so a young girl can feel as beautiful in it as you once did, you can bring it to San Diego Prom Night at Stingaree (along with jewelry or other accessories to complete the outfit). In return, you'll recieve one free admission to the event.
